Walmart is a huge company and with large companies sometimes policy is made on the fly by underpaid employees. I was approached by a manager and asked if I would put my gun in the car. I said fine and asked for a corporate number to verify the policies on guns in the stores. We walked over to the customer service desk and he called their corprate security, after 2 minutes on the phone he hung up and appoligized to me for any confusion and said have a nice day. Wal-Mart seems to be okay with armed citizins. I would like to get an official statement from Wal-Mart on this but the embarisment of the manager validated it for the time being.
